Dave is a seasoned outdoor professional with a deep-rooted passion for outdoor
therapy. His career in the field began in 2002, where he gained invaluable experience
working under industry pioneers such as Larry Dean Olsen, Ezekiel Sanchez, and Terry
Warner. Following a successful tenure as a field staff, Dave pursued other interests
before returning to his roots in 2024.

Driven by a commitment to community and a lifelong connection to the natural world,
Dave is dedicated to helping others find healing and growth through outdoor
experiences. His knowledge of the American West, from the Mojave Desert to the
Alaskan wilderness, coupled with his ability to forge strong relationships, makes him a
valuable asset to the field.

Dave currently resides in the Great Basin with his family and enjoys spending his free
time cycling, swimming in rivers, and playing fetch with his dog, Tater Tot. He holds a
bachelor’s degree in English/Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University.
