Caroline grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and has lived and traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and the world, having visited over 18 different countries. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2008, and completed her certification in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy at the Institute for Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in 2024.

Caroline has worked in a variety of fields including teaching English in Argentina, caring for pets as a veterinary technician, serving for many years as a Human Resources Manager at a busy massage studio, and has managed her own life-coaching and hypnotherapy practice for over 7 years, helping people to navigate the ups and downs of life. 

Caroline is passionate about helping others to find meaning in life—to find hope and a way forward, no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in.
