Dylan is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. He grew up going to summer camp in northern Michigan and fell in love with the outdoors there. After studying Industrial Engineering at NC State University, he decided to pursue an outdoor career full time. He worked for an outdoor center in Michigan facilitating high ropes activities and nature hikes before moving to Utah to pursue wilderness therapy.

Dylan worked at another wilderness therapy program for a year before moving to Elements. He’s a big believer in the power of nature to heal and create opportunities for growth.

Outside of work, you can find Dylan climbing, mountain biking, and skiing in the winter.
