Carson was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. From a young age, Carson cultivated an appreciation for the outdoors. Carson attended Washington and Lee University where he studied Accounting and Data Analytics. Aside from his academics, Carson dedicated his time to working with service organizations such as the local food pantry, youth care facility, and helpline. 

As his own journey progressed, Carson found a home within wellness spaces and recovery communities. He recognized that the reflective nature of these groups was healing, improving his own relationships and quality of life through them. After college, Carson went on to become a personal trainer, sharing his passion for physical activity and self betterment with a diverse set of clients. Personable and empathetic, Carson hopes that his own learnings can serve as teachings for others.

Carson’s priority in life are his relationships. When not in the company of his loved ones, Carson enjoys playing and listening to music, writing, swimming, and going to the gym.
