Raised in Michigan, Dean grew up fishing and playing hockey on the lake with his brothers. Love for the outdoor adventure really took off once he moved to Colorado to work as a Research administrator for the University of Colorado Boulder. After several years of working for the University and also mentoring a local youth, he went on a world trip. Over the past few years, he has been traveling the world, volunteering and working in various countries, which deepened his appreciation for diverse cultures.

His passion for outdoor activities, especially rock climbing and exploring nature, continues to drive his adventurous spirit. He combines his love for the outdoors with a strong work ethic and is dedicated to new challenges.
