Growing up as the oldest of five siblings in Dallas, Texas meant living amid constant chaos—and endless opportunities to hone collaboration, compromise, and creative problem-solving. Every summer, Izzy would trade city streets for YMCA camp’s forested trails and crackling campfires. There, she learned to lean into her goofiest self, speak with honesty, and tackle challenges bigger than herself—mile after muddy mile.

The moment Izzy could, she swapped her camper badge for a counselor’s hat, determined to spark that same sense of wonder and belonging in others. That first role ignited a passion for positions that empower people to embrace their authentic selves.

Since then, Izzy worked with neurodivergent youth through new experiences, guided guests down intimidating white-water rapids, and led volunteers through daily activities at a bustling wildlife center. Each experience sharpened her skills in risk management, group dynamics, and confidence-building.

Equipped with a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University and induction into the National Society of Leadership and Success, Izzy blended evidence-based insight with intuitive empathy and compassion. She is thrilled to channel these experiences into teaching self-awareness and everyday skills at Elements.
