Teagan grew up in Seattle, Washington. She started working at Elements in 2025, but has wanted to work in outdoor therapy for several years now. Since she was 17, she has been working with youth outdoors leading backpacking trips at summer camps, ski instructing, raft guiding, working indoors at the Boys and Girls Club, and as a behavior technician with kids with autism. 

Teagan graduated from Lewis And Clark College with a degree in psychology. Outdoor therapy represents the culmination of everything she loves, and she is grateful for every new person she meets at Elements, client or staff. She chose Elements because she believes it is the best outdoor therapy program in the US and she still stands by that.

Teagan loves to ski, backpack, raft, swim, skateboard,climb, make jewelry and clothes, and especially go on adventures with friends.
