Tommy was born and raised in Washington State and brings a diverse background of leadership, education, and a passion for the outdoors to his work. A former high school water polo and swim coach, he has a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and mentorship. He studied Music Education at Central Washington University, where his creativity and teaching skills were able to grow.

Tommy finds this work fulfilling and enjoys helping young people realize the potential within them and grow confident. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and snowboarding.
